AboutSideline Sports Medicine is a group of dedicated medical professionals located across Colorado, ready to help you! We provide Certified Athletic Trainers who are trained in prevention, examination, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of emergent, acute or chronic injuries and medical conditions. EMTs are available in addition to athletic trainers for event coverage when appropriate for the event. For personalized services, an athletic trainer will assist you with any injury evaluation or treatment, as well as provide preventative and rehabilitative services. An Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is an emergency responder trained to provide emergency medical care to the critically ill and injured. EMTs are trained in practical emergency medical knowledge and skills that can be deployed within a rapid time frame. These skills include:

Nicole Brashears, MSc, ATC, EMTOwner & Athletic TrainerNicole founded Sideline Sports Medicine in Colorado in 2018. She recognized a need in the community for medical coverage for various sporting events which led to clients seeking individual services. Nicole earned her Masters of Sciences in Sports Medicine from The University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) and her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training from Chapman University in Orange, California. While at UCCS, Nicole worked as the athletic trainer for the Universities club sports programs, working with men's rugby, men's ice hockey, men's lacrosse, women's soccer, men's volleyball and more. Prior to that, Nicole served as Head Athletic Trainer at Fountain Valley High School in Fountain Valley, California where she was responsible for supporting all of the FVHS's programs as well as designing and implementing rehab programs for the student-athletes. Brashears assisted the NHL's Anaheim Ducks as both an athletic training student and certified athletic trainer over three summers, providing medical assistance during preseason player development camps and working with team staff. She has also supported various organizations as an athletic trainer including; Rugby Colorado, The Warrior Games, and The United States Olympic Committee, providing medical services to able-bodied and disabled athletes from the youth to professional level.
